First of all I would like to thank ILO & e-campus VTTI for giving us a great opportunity & platform to learn & develop. For me it's a privilege to participate in this online based learning program.
Among several categories of personas, I've chosen "Mosharrof Hossain, Bangladesh" to submit my ideological reflections. I’m sharing following quote of Albert Einstein, who considers as the most influential scientists of the 20th century
“The value of a man should be seen in what he gives and not in what he is able to receive.”
Now back to my point “Mosharrof Hossain, Bangladesh” who proved himself as a valuable person not only for his family but for the nation as well. His willingness and skills make him stand again in his society. In our country he’s not alone of this type; thousands of people are passing time idle for having physical disabilities. However, these people want work, want to contribute for their family but most of them can’t because they don’t exactly know where and how to start.
In this circumstances, if we can design special category vocational/technical training based on individual needs of disable people then they also can play a vital role for the development of the nation. I’ve keen interest to develop & design various types training & learning programs for these people to make them productive & valuable for the nation.
