As the only female technician at her workplace in a leadership position, she has an opportunity to lead a car service center.
So, as ILO certified trainer, I will equip her with the SIYB module (Start and Improve Your Business) package to start an independent business. So that it will encourage other women to pursue a similar career in her Car Service center. It is possible now to offer SIYB training online.
