Mr. Golam Mostofa is an Instructor of a TVET Institute. He tries his level best to be a good teacher, a competent teacher but he does not know how he can be a good teacher. He needs some specific knowledge, skills and attitude to be a competent TVET teacher. Once he asked me how can I be a competent teacher. Being very much happy I told him that there is a beauty in your mind. That's why you want to be a competent teacher. Without a competent teacher a learner/ a trainee or a student can not be competent in job market. so he will be unemployed. If you want to be a competent teacher, you need to participate in a training program for trainer/teacher under NTVQF Level 4.He said, "How long will the training continue? I said, " 20 days in 3 blocks." He said, " It will be difficult for me to stay in the training venue for long time because I have some problems." I thought that he might have some problems and there are many other teachers who might have same problems. They are eager to be competent teacher but they have no opportunity to be trained leaving their workplace.
As a TVET trainer, I like to do do something for the teacher with problems like Mr. Golam Mostofa.
I will design a training module of blended approach considering all the aspects.
