Mr. Mosharrof Hossain, who is a father as well as a trainer, a mechanic and a successful entrepreneur by overcoming all his physical challenges due to disability, is a wonderful example of inclusivity in TVET sector. Although he has already set his dream-shop up, a successful training center as well; but I am sure if he is supported with blended training materials, his efforts will achieve wider opportunities for TVET generation.
The blended training materials will have both offline and online modules. Each occupation will bear 40% offline and 60% online training contents. I presume his shop would be suitable for "Refrigeration and Air Conditioning", "Welder" and "Lathe Machine Mechanics" occupations better.
I would like to help him with setting the online or digital modules which will be developed using audio-visual contents along with special attentions for special trainees. The digital contents will be consisting of demonstrations of all Units of Competencies of the three occupations. The digital contents will be accessible through mobile phones too. Both the Trainers and Trainees will be able to download each jobs, information sheet and specification sheet under his needful Unit of Competency so that they could replay the digital contents according to their needs. During the offline demonstration Trainers could also present the online contents to ensure quality training.
Thus I am sure Mr. Mosharrof could address an important contribution for the "Skills Economy" of Bangladesh.
