Natividad Velasco had to deal with three main issues in her path to decent work: being an indigenous woman, limited knowledge of their rights, and a low education level.
while designing eLessons for her, I should include the followings:
- The language should be simple and easy.
- The lesson should be interactive so that they don't get bored with the lesson.
- Should be emphasized on primary technical know-how.
- Must discuss about safety aspects of construction works.
- The lesson should be participatory to discuss their problems, which will give them the confidence to talk in the union.
These will my primary concerns while designing an eLesson for Natividad Velasco.
