Charles Shawa is an enthusiastic and hard-working self- employed youth in his area who is very determined to achieve his goal whereas most of the youth at his age like to spend time doing unproductive staffs. Charles can be a role model for the young generation. He already received training and working under supervision. According to me, he needs the following training which will help him to run his business more efficiently-
1. A training on 'Entrepreneurship (SIYB)'. I will focus on Marketing, Financial Planning (Costing and Pricing) and on Business Plan for him.
2. Help him making a complete formal Business Plan for his business because for a sustainable business, a proper business is a must.
3. Continuous monitoring and guiding after SIYB training until he's confident to run independently.
