Ms. Girija has accomplished a lot despite the setbacks she faced due to issues such as a lack of women in the workforce and disruptions in her education. While we work together, I will help her to keep her confidence in her abilities and her motivation to learn.  I will also take into account anything she might be uncomfortable with or lack understanding of so that I can plan lessons that cater to her specific learning needs, whether that be through hands-on or visual learning. Ms. Girija is talented in what she does and is also a teacher to other women who are seeking entrepreneurial opportunities due to being displaced by the war and needing to support their family. I will include lessons that will assist her in becoming a better mentor to her students by learning a variety of skills. She hopes to be employed after pursuing higher education, so I will work with her to teach her different job management skills such as communication, organization, and others.
