Natividad Velasco, who is an indigenous woman from Bolivia’s countryside and she is a construction worker. She already faced many challenges. I think she is a strong and brave woman who want to keep going ahead with other suffered women like her, and this is the point I would like to appreciate and encourage for her thought.
In rural area where gender violence, discrimination and many incident always happened. So I want to include protection and safe guarding soft skills in my e -lessons, that helps to increase awareness of their rights and they become more strong as they can raise their voice. And also for their occupational health and safety and decent job placement I must include in my e-lesson.
As for indigenous, language and environment is a great challenge for them to adaptation. I want to develop my e-lesson which will be very much interactive and easier considering my trainees’ education level, age and language barrier. So that trainees can easily understand and acquire skills.
I motivate them using learning experience and want them to move forward and acquiring skills in technical education to make strengthened position in society.
